We were engaged for the design and construction works for a 20 year old top floor apartment in Lane Cove. Works included kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, joinery, new electrical, airconditioning, removing a structural wall, windows, gyprocking, paint and flooring. Access was a major issue in terms of demolition and and material delivery. Everything had to be carried out by 20 litre buckets as we had no access to a lift during demolition.
